Law § 62 of Hammurabi's Code

Translation
If he did not plant a field that was given to him as an orchard, if (it was) a cultivated field, the gardener will measure out to the owner of the field produce of the field for the years that it was left fallow according to his neighbors; further, he will work and return the field to the field’s owner.
